4. Transfers, Exchange Rates & Fees

Transaction Processing: Wire transfers and digital transactions are executed according to current banking clearing timelines.
Service Charges: Applicable transfer fees, withdrawal rates, and account maintenance charges will be applied as outlined in your account schedule.
Foreign Exchange: International currency conversions are calculated based on real-time market foreign exchange (FX) conversion rates.

5. Account Security & User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, account numbers, PIN numbers, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) codes. UBS Plc will never ask for your private PIN or password via unencrypted email or telephone messages. Notify our fraud desk immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate account privileges without advance warning if fraudulent behavior, breach of security guidelines, regulatory violations, or suspicious transaction activities are detected by our security operations team.
